I have purchased a dv6 1050us from J&R music and computer service World. I accessed the website Amazon.com and purchased the computer from them, unfortunatly I was redirected to J&R's computer world. The computer I recieved is not the one I ordered. It has no bluetooth compatibility(no hardware to use the bluetooth feature that is advertised on the web page). As well it comes with Windows Media Center but you are not able to connect the cable to your computer as it has no jack or hardware to enable this feature as well. This was also described on the site so you can record your favorite TV shows. This is an entertainment notebook. All other entertainment computers that I have seen have the jack and hardware. After spending 2 hours on the phone with representitaves I was transfered to HP where I spent another hour on the phone. I was told that because I purchased the computer from a third party that HP was not on the hook for the mix up. My advise is before you purchase a computer from this company you MUST cross referance the computers because J&R is false advertising the computers. HP insistes that the computer I received is the correct one and J&R have added information that should not be there. BUYER BEWARE!!

As well the link on the email to recieve the rebates does not exist, so you will be out even more money than you expect.
