Horrible. Misleading, frustrating - waste of time and money

My experience with Insta-wares was more like Insta-Scams.
I give them the lowest possible rating and urge people to avoid them at all costs. I'm out $150 and have no idea when I'll get any part of my money back.
I ordered item on Friday 6/23 (inquired about re-stocking fees and was told there were none). Needing the item no later than Wednesday 6/28, added approx $22 for overnite delivery to an address only good for me until Friday 6/30. Called Insta-wares Monday 6/26 to check on shipment, and was informed that the item was 4 weeks back ordered - so if I needed it this week should cancel and get a refund. I cancelled. Next day Tuesday 6/27 received email notification from Insta-wares that the (supposedly unavailable) item was shipping to me Monday 6/26 by GROUND and would arrive sometime AFTER Fri 6/30. When I called back to ask WHY, if they had the item on hand to ship at all, WHY they had shipped it ground when I paid for overnite, & was told that they couldn't tell me why - BUT, if I wasn't there to take delivery or refused the shipment, BECAUSE I CANCELLED THE ORDER AFTER IT HAD BEEN SHIPPED, they would charge me a 20% re-stocking fee plus the shipping costs. Evidently Insta-wares believes the best defense is a good offense, they can screw up and then blame the customer, and that they don't need to deliver the goods as long as they can clean up on cheating at shipping costs and collecting re-stocking fees.
