the store was acceptable. did not like the tracking info. when tracking the package, it showed that it stayed in california for five days ,or better. it then "jumped to the door step" through the miracle of tracking and showed up as delivered. how it lept from california to georgia just like that is nothing short of miraculous. it did get deleivered on the expected date of delivery. maybe i am being too picky. i learned a lesson and i think that the store has fair shipping charges considering. i will buy from them, again. yessiree.

this merchant acted in a totally responsible manner - unfortunately, the product we ordered (a "compatible" inkjet cartridge for a Samsung multifuntion machine) was not compatible - the outside casing looked identical, but the machine would not accept the cartridge. When we contacted this merchant regarding the return, there were no questions asked - they supplied a RMA number and a PAID Fedex call tag - they were wonderful. I wish the cartridge could be used because they are a wonderful company. We will try to purchase from them again in the future.

The web-site is straight-forward and very easay to use as was the checkout procedure. The cartridges were exceptionally priced, came quickly and were packed well. If the cartridges perform half as well as the people at Inkjet Superstore, I'll be incredibly happy. I am extremely pleased to have found them.

Apart from a colossal screw-up by the USPS in its handling of this order, it took much longer than usual to receive the order than the order for the same items ordered earlier. Don't think that the California USPS knows or cares just where Maine is located geographically !!

I ordered 2 cartridges and both of them came in broke. No damage to the package. I think they were broken when you received them. I re-ordered and they immediately sent me 2 replacement at no charge. I still have the broken ones if you want them back. Great service.

All items I have bought from InkJetSuperstore have arrived on time and in good condition. The only complaint I have is the tracking system. On several occassions I was unable to track my order at any time, even though I had a tracking number. No information would show up at all.

Found the use (corruption)of the monument commemorating the flag raising at Iwo Jima to promote Memorial Day sale EXTREMELY OFFENSIVE and disrespectful of the men who died during that battle. I suspect this was the brain child of a young person who has little or no knowledge of American history. If it or something similar is used again, I will NEVER buy from this company again.
