Never Again will I do business with HomeAnnex. They have my money, I returned the product and they still have my money. I have been dealing with them since the purchase in
October 2008. First, they debited by credit card the day of the purchase. However, I had to follow-up with Customer Service since receipt of the product was long overdue. The product was not suitable for the intended space and I returned of the product in
January 2009. Their rules on return clearly are meant to delay and defer resolution and the time-lags in-between the various steps in the return for credit process are maddening. You
must wait before a Return Goods Authorization number (R.G.A. #) is authorized which accounts for the delay between October and January above. I followed those rules but to no avail.
Customer service is non-existent. An email to 'Contact Us' was responded to with a copy of my email to them 'for my records', but with no additional information or follow-up. I tried this approach twice. Then, the one time I got through to customer service, Leishia McMillan, Customer Service Representitive, responded positively but nothing happened and now on
March 8, 2009 no credit had been issued.
Their web-site leads you to believe that dealing with HomeAnnex is easy and uncomplicated but when it comes to the issues of refunds or returns for credit the bureaucracy kicks in and the shields go up.
I suspect even a 'man of the cloth' would be enraged beyond redemption in dealing with HomeAnnex.
