I ordered this desk 3 weeks ago. It's been here for 2 weeks, and I still have no desk. It came with no hardware or instructions, and when I called to ask for them, they were rude, creepy, and the parts didn't arrive for 5 days. When I got the parts, it was this random bag of garbage thrown together by schizophrenic monkeys. Not one part matched anything on the parts list in the instructions (which were clearly written by an illiterate, schizophrenic monkey). Five days later, another random bag of criminally insane garbage arrived after I again dealt with their creepy parts department. I finally got a supervisor on the phone, and they're replacing the desk, since that's apparently the only way they can get this right. A month after the fact, I hope to have the desk, but these creeps still won't FedEx it like reasonable, decent human beings who possess backbones, souls, and a collective half-a-clue. We'll see what happens. Did I mention that I paid $80 shipping and they didn't deliver it to my second-floor walk-up? Yeah, they did that to me, and I'm 100 lbs with serious spinal injuries, bad knees, and a shattered elbow. I'm in grad school and I have no desk. If they even ask for this garbage I have in my room now back, they're gonna have to get it themselves. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE SICKOS!!!!!
