I just got off the phone with the Parts Dept, was given yet another new delivery date. Placed the order in March, received the box in April with 5 of the parts mashed up beyond recognition. Replacement parts were to arrived mid-May. I called on the date they said that the parts would arrive and was told that the parts had arrived but that there is a 2-3 business day delay for quality assurance. I called 5 days later when no delivery email had been sent and was told that my parts were never part of the shipment, so they clearly lied to me. I was told that the replacement parts would be shipped to me by mid-June. I just called to check on the order, and was told that mid-June was never listed--so that means yet another lie. New parts are to arrive July 8, and I was told that I would be contacted with an update if anything changed. This is exactly what I was told previously yet when the ship date changed from mid-June to July 8, I was never notified. So that is yet another lie. I strongly advise against ordering from them--the prices seem good, the pictures in the catalog look attractive enough, but good prices and attractive pictures mean nothing when you don't actually get the damn product. Do yourself a favor, spend a little extra money and buy from a local store or a more reputable catalog company. You'll save yourself time, effort, and a huge amount of headaches.
