All around well. The website was ok as well. I like the yahoo purchasing as well. I would like to see as a general rule that you process the order within 24 hours of the original purchase (business days, of course). Yes, the delivery took the correct amount of time, but if they ship it out a day or two later, than there's really no point to paying for 2-3 day.

I wanted to thank HobbyBuy.com for the great service I've received so I am giving this good review. I ordered the Evangelion model kit and pinky street at a good price, got an email confirmation the same evening saying that the item was shipped, 3 days later the item showed up at my door. Can't really believe they can offer such great stuff at that price, and such fast shipping too! I was skeptical at first but after this experience I am more than happy to do business with them again. Would be great if they have a larger selection on other animation products, but what more can I ask for.

Ordered few gundam model kits on 9/23/04 (lowest price from shopping.com). Received order confirmation via email right after placing order. Got UPS tracking number the same evening. Received merchandise on 9/30/04 in perfect condition. EXCELLENT SERVICE.
