I received excellent service and on-time delivery from Heavenly Treasures. I had placed an order for a matte starter bracelet on-line and then decided to change my order to the shiny starter bracelet. The rep. that I spoke to on the phone told me the order was scheduled to ship that same day, but he could certainly stop the order and exchange the bracelet. He was very pleasant. Not only did I receive the right bracelet, my order also was delivered on-time just before Christmas.
