The water contained in the Kleen Kanteens tastes metallic. This is unpleasant and is not something mentioned in connection with the product. I wonder about the quality of the product.

greenfeet.com does not keep you informed of your order status, I received one email from them about my order and that was the tracking number. There selection of products is limited and the site layout is inefficient and difficult to navigate compared to other retail websites I frequent. You have to set up an account with them to order which is very annoying, I prefer just to place my order and be done rather than have to remember yet another password. They do have good product descriptions and my order did arrive promptly, but I doubt I will be ordering from the again.

The product was a gift, so I don't know the condition or timing of delivery. Your survey either needs to (a) allow different responses, such as "gift," or (b) allow people to skip some questions. As it is, some responses above should be missing because I don't know the answer.
I do know the item was back-ordered, which added a little extra time, but not much. The GreenFeet.com staff ask me to call for two reasons. First, because the item was back-ordered, shipping was not added. In addition, they wanted to see if they could lower my shipping costs by using the recipients street address (and ship UPS) rather than PO Box (USPS).

Shop with this merchant again? Maybe - depends on what has happened to my order. I haven't been able to check the status of my order online and it has been three weeks since I placed the order. I thought it was supposed to ship in a couple of days. Would have appreciated a 'heads-up'about the delay.

I have purchased from GreenFeet before with no problems, however one item I selected is on backorder (I ordered 7 of this item). I was told initially (via email) that they expected to get the product in the following week (this was Nov. 9). Since then I didn't hear from the merchant until I inquired on Nov. 24 stating that I wanted to be sure to get the order by Dec. 14. I was simply told that won't be a problem. I asked to be kept posted on the status. Considering the length of time it is taking for my order I feel they should have been in contact with me more rather than having me just wait and wonder. If the order does not ship next week I will try to cancel it, although I really want the products I ordered. I'm just concerned because these are gifts and if I need to find alternatives I want to be sure to have plenty of time to do so.
I understand that GreenFeet can't help a supplier not getting merchandise to them, but I see two solutions. One is to keep the customer better informed, at least weekly, of the status of the order. The other is to avoid using suppliers that may have production/ stocking issues.
