Great Priced Furniture

Great service. I was unsatisfied with the shipping by Fedex,because they left my merchandise outside when i wasn't home. I found that very unprofessional.

I shopped around a lot before making a decision and Great Priced Furniture offered the best price for the merchandise I was looking for. The order process was very smooth and easy and I really liked the company statement/mission that was posted on their website. I received all shipments on time and in excellent condition. I would most definitely do business with Great Priced Furniture again.

2 of the 4 items I ordered were delivered in the wrong finish/color, but the customer service to fix the error was great. I am expecting the correct items a week later. The furniture was exactly as I expected, great! Even with this mistake, because of the quality of the furniture and the good customer service, I would shop here again...

The item received did not fit the description on the internet site. The item was also slightly damaged. The customer service indicated they would give a partial refund for shipping since the item was not the same as the description on the internet. I received my credit 2 days ago and their was no credit for the shipping portion.

The experience went well. Just seemd like the furniture took forever to be shipped out. There was suppose to be a 5 -10 day processing. I ordered my furniture on 3/26/05 and didnt recieve it until 4/26/05. So I would say that it did take quite some time to recieve my items that was a little discouraging. Not sure If I will order from them again due to the long wait. Only time will tell.

The only thing I have to say is that 2 of the pieces of furniture were slightly defective most likley due to travel...I do not think it is is right for me to have to take a picture in order for the to send me new pieces. It will only delay the process of getting the furniture. I would not lie about defective furniture...the company shoudl below me when I say there is a defect and send me new pieces and not have to wait for me to develop a picture to send in....

The color of the bed was not as advertised. Instead of Antique Pewter, I recieved a dark brass bed. The bed was to big to bother with sending it back. Would maybe make another purchase from this store but only smaller items that would be easier to return.

My chairs were delivered with no phone call to set up a time/date. No one was home, so the boxes were left on my driveway in the snow. There was no clear notation that the chairs would be unassembled, and two of the legs were chipped. I have sent photos and have been told they will be forwarded to the manufacturer for replacements. That was one week ago and I have not heard anything yet. I had ordered them for a party, and the order said it would be shipped in 8-10 business days. I did not receive the chairs for about 15 days (just a bit late).

Great pictures of the products, detailed info as to size and volume without the above who would buy on line? The quality of pictures and description is a major buying decision.
