I spoke to the merchant and told them what I wanted, the 100 Anniversary of Johnnie walker Black Centenary Edition in limited edition. They sent me the 100 years of the Striding Man that came out last year instead, and not in limited edition. I called back and yes they did have what I originally wanted, but if I wanted to send this order back I would have to pay for shipping and a 15% restocking for their mistake.

Agavero is a very hard to find tequila, so I was very pleased to find it here. The bottles came individually and thickly bubble wrapped so as not to break! I was contacted by customer service due to a UPS problem, but it was solved perfectly and quickly. I will definitely be shopping here again! :)

The company indicated that there was an error in the price of the product and would not sell it at that price. I received no notification from the company on the error. I initiated contact with the company via long distance phone call and was told a manager would call me back. No one called me so I had to call again to find out when the shipment would arrive because I needed it for a party. Needless to say I was very disappointed with the customer service. I ended buying the product at my local wine store.

This was one of the worst shopping experiences. Inept would be a good description. They sent me two cases of the wrong wine and then asked if I couldn't keep it and drink it (it was red wine and I ordered white)! I am still waiting for a promised credit for shipping charges to my credit card and finally received shipping labels to send back the two cases of wine. Today my husband and I have to drag these heavy boxes to a UPS pickup center. I would never recommend this place to anyone. They should not have a website. The woman actually complained to me that they don't like to ship 1.5 litres because it took her too long to pack. I must say though that the packing was excellent and the shipping was fast - too bad it wasn't what I ordered.

I had to call them a week after the order was placed to get this information and was lied to stating they were "just about to call me" and had sent me an email. Neither statement was true (no email received or in spam filters). Was offered different wines that were then substituted again without my permission and one was totally dropped from the order. The only thing they got right was the Vodka.
