At least this company had the forethought to call me before they shipped a switch which was incorrect like some others did. Website information was out of date and product was no longer available.

Overall very pleased BUT . . . Ordered Receiver on Wed about Noon. Vendor was closed on Thurs and Fri (but I was not aware of this before placing the order) Product status was "processing" until monday, and I paid extra for 3 day shipping, so Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat and Sun I thought that my order was "still being processed". On Monday, status was updated to show that the receiver was being delivered. End result was that the receiver was delivered to my door, on Monday, but I waited all those days thinking that my order had not yet been shipped. Need to do a better job about communicating your "days off" (every other Thurs and Fri I think), but other than that, I was very happy with the price, the shipping and the product.

Claimed to have product in stock but did not. Said that a new shipment was overdue (and the check's in the mail). Tried to offer a different product than what we wanted. Information received from them made it unclear who we should be dealing with. When we called them they didn't seem to really know what was going on. Still not clear if, or when, our order will ship. I will definitely not use this company again. They should NOT be a 'trusted' site. Just one persons opinion.

This reviews are a joke. It seems nowadays quite popular to boost your own store reviews by writing fake ones.

This company is as much of a joke as all those Times Square stores in which they seem to take pride in being arrogant and unresponsive.

I bought an in stock unit, paid extra dollars for second day delivery. I got NOT a single email confirming my purchase, confirming my payment (Paypal) or answering my 3 emails to customer service.

When I decided to call I was left on the line with nobody answering my calls. What a bunch of amateurs.

Their website was easy to navigate and order from. They had the best price I could find on the web for the item I was looking for, even with the shipping included. The order was placed and it shipped the same day. It arrived THE NEXT DAY! And all I paid for was standard ground shipping! The order arrived in perfect condition and it was accurate. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent, Excellent experience! This was my very first time ordering anything online, so Gopcplus has set the bar. I purchased a Yamaha RXV440 home theater receiver. I called in first to ensure they had the product in stock. A very nice and personable woman confirmed they had the item and it was brand new. I placed the order and received a UPS tracking number so I could see when the item would arrive. It showed up exactly on the day they said. They did a great job packing the item helping to prevent the product from being damaged during shipment. Super experience.

Great customer service and communication. Item arrived as promised in excellent condition. Found a great deal on a Pioneer receiver. Saved $60 over CC and BB. The item shipped the next day, and was at my house in four. I would recommend this business to anyone.

When I first received the Kenwood MP522 in-dash MP3 player, I found that they didn't include the mounting kit I bought. When I called them the next day, the immediately transferred me to Abe in the Shipping department and he took on my case. I called in the afternoon, and the very next morning he rang me up, apologized for not getting back to me sooner (when does that happen these days???), told me that he found the problem, shipped out the kit and didn't charge me a cent. I was hard not to forgive them!

If you are looking for a good company, even though my purchase wasn't initially perfect, I would highly recommend them! They were quick with customer service, communication and their staff was great!!!

I ordered a fancy TSU3000 remote control from Gopcplus on Sunday night, with 3-day shipping. On Monday morning I received a call from them saying that since it was only being shipped from NY to MA, it would actually be faster (and cheaper) to send it ground rather than 3-day. I said OK, and sure enough, it arrived on Tuesday. That has to be some kind of record for ground delivery.

Anyway, it was mighty nice of them to go out of their way to speed things up and save me $ at the same time. I'd recommend them to anyone.

I ordered my Denon 2803 last Sunday after reading the reviews provided on Epinions.com. There were several reviews that concerned me as the customers had some problems. Monday morning, I called GO PC Plus to verbally confirm my order placement. Although they weren't specific, they did say that the order was received and it had been forwarded to shipping. I was satisfied with that. I also received e-mail traffic telling me the order was received, the order was shipped AND the order was delivered.
Because of the price, I was concerned that the receiver might be used or a demo model. Neither was the case, the receiver was brand new. Very pleased with Gopcplus. Would use them again.

I placed the order on Monday morning and it was sitting on my porch on Tuesday evening. This is the fastest shipping I have ever had from a company. They also sent me two emails, one to say the order was received, and one to say it was shipped and the UPS tracking number.

I am VERY satisfied with gopcplus. Their price on the alpine head unit I bought was as low as ebay prices, but without the risk of ebay. Before ordering I asked a question relating to their return policy and got a reply within 15 minutes! I received a tracking number very quickly and had my product in the door, well packaged and intact for low price in a reasonable amount of time. I definitely won't hesitate ordering from them again, I only wish their website was organized better, the search will bring up many items that are hard or impossible to find in the categorized menus.
