Excelent product. I wish I could receive the order sooner than 2 to 4 weeks as is today. It will be very productive for this company to send the products no later than a in a week....Also, very few deals as far as sales or rebates...almost every pen has the same sales price for the almost the last 4 years. I think they could sell more if they reduce prices more often and have great deals.

It seemed like it took a long time to process my order (several weeks). When I received the order, one of my ink cartridges was leaking, but fortunately I was able to use it right away so it worked out okay. The rest of the order was fine.

There is an automatic subscription attached to buying this Mid Size Planner, that I did not see when I ordered it only. After the planner arrived, I noticed small print on my invoice regarding this automatic subscription. It's not clearly defined on the website. Bobley automatically signs customers up to purchase another planner, EVERY YEAR, with merely in-direct consent of the consumer. It's simply not a good policy and lends itself to cutomers missing the fact that they were charged unknowingly.

I had placed an order online with GiftValues.com back on January 17, 2008. As of this present time (2/16/08) I still have not received the merchandise. In checking with My Order status it still reads "being processed". GiftValues states it takes 2-4 weeks to receive your merchandise. 4 weeks is just about up and I still have not gotten my order. I am disappointed in GiftValues service. I have order from them before and did not receive such poor service before. This might incline me to not use GiftValues in the future.

Love the appointment books but disappointed in the colors received. I had ordered 4 Blue and 5 Black appointment books but the Black were substituted with Burgundy. Order was completed, charged to my account and shipped without a notice of substitution to me. I had ordered these as holiday gifts so did not have time to return. I contacted the company via e-mail letting them know of my disappointment but never received a response from them. I was not asking for a refund or exchange, I was just letting them know of my disappointment. A response with apology or acknowledgement of my disappointment was expected but did not receive any communication. Even though I like the books it is highly unlikely I will purchase again due to the poor customer
service communication.

C/S handled the reshipment of refills in a courteous way but again it's going to take weeks to receive.
Having been in OPS mgr in the past, I would be ashamed if this was the best that we could do.

The pen sets I ordered were very nice. I paid extra to get them within 2 weeks, and they were just a couple of days late. The tracking system is useless. After about 12 days, I looked to see if my order had shipped, but it said no shipping information. And, it kept saying no shipping information even after I had received the merchandise. I would say your tracking system is non-existent.

I still haven't received my order, which was placed quite some time back. I inquired via email, and was told it would be another week to 10 days. That has now passed without further contact from GiftValues. On the bright side, at least they haven't charged my credit card yet...
Usually they are quite prompt with their orders, so this is an unusual occurrence. I really don't expect it to happen again, once this order is filled.

I purchased 3 emperor pens. The burgundy pen literally popped apart the first time that I went to use the pen. Since the pen is not screwed together, I discarded the pen.

The merchandise is good and the prices are good. However, having to wait eighteen days to receive an order is unacceptable. This company will not process the order in a timely fashion. They did not ship my order until twelve days after having been placed. And then they shipped it US Postal Service without any tracking abilities. The tracking on GitfValues site was a joke as it kept showing "processing". If you've got a month to wait on your order, then this is the place for you. If you need it quicker, you better go elsewhere.

Gift Values does have good prices, but the customer service and the slow processing and shipping make it not such a good deal after all. The customer doesn't have a clue that the company is going to sit on the order for twelve days before shipping. I was informed by one of the customer reps. that the company waited until the truck was full before they shipped orders out. And to add insult to injury, they ship the slowest possible way with no way to upgrade to a faster shipping service. In this computerized information age, their delay in shipping is inexcusable. I will definitely never shop here again.

I am not satisfied with this service. I placed an order on 8/21 and it was lost. When I started trying to track my order - I had to place another order because the first was lost. It is already almost a month and I am stil waiting for the item I ordered. I received an e-mail that the order would be shipped on 9/12 - it is 9/20 and I am still waiting.
