This should be a fairly easy review to write. I have been using Fingerhut for years. But it was only about 3 years or so ago that I began using Figerhut's online shopping at Fingerhut.com.

I was not afraid to use a credit card with them. I am not so trusting of other companies, but I am assured by them having been a member for so long. I enjoy browsing their site. Yet I did notice that they don't have as many items listed on the site as they do in the mail order catalog. But I would not consider that a bad thing. They have a section that allows you to get a catalog sent to you. That is free of charge to do. No matter what item you find in the catalog if you put the item number in the search engine on Fingerhut.com's site it will bring up information as well as a photo of that product. Or you can enter a key word and search that way. For instance. I wanted Sketchers sneakers and didn't see them listed on the site. So I typed the word Sketchers into the search engine and even though they were not plainly listed a whole page worth of Sketchers popped up to look through.


The ease of ordering is great. If you have an account with them it is simple as having your account number ready. If you haven't got an account with them you need to enter your mailing information and your credit card or bank account number. Simple as that. You can also apply online for Fingerhut credit.

Average time for shipping standard cost is about 2 weeks tops. If an item is on back order they will let you know the following day when they are processing your order.

I have had many pleasant experiences with Figerhut.com. Always have had fast delivery, an easy time ordering. They package the items very well and they tend to send coupons for other products in with your order. They also send a free gift. Nothing great but, something like a flashlight or a key chain or anything small like that.

I have bought a few Cinderella lamps for my daughter from them. Very good quality and nice too. I have bought two sapphire rings for my sister and many items for my house such as a microwave, blender bed spreads and more.
I love the bed spreads they carry they are very nice and have top of the line quality. I would buy most of what they have if I could afford ALL of them.

I have never had a real problem when ordering. Once I bought a leather coat that turned out to be a size to big for me, so I sent it back and ordered the smaller size. The new one came within 4 days and they paid for the shipping it cost to send the other one back.

The customer service is great and the answer fast.
