I'm old -- my air purifiers are old -- it was difficult to find the old filters I needed. When I finaly got to the web site of Filters America - it was difficult for me to identify the filters I needed for my old purifiers. I'm going to join the younger generation in the belief that we live in a disposable world - I'm going to dispose of my old purifiers and buy new modern ones with washable filters so I will not have to go thru this ordeal again. One reason I'm going to do this is because the filters that now fit my old purifiers are also disposable - not a durable as they once were -- so yes I'm finally realizing that Americans can no longer build anything that will last more than 2 months because we all believe everything should just be tossed. I'll probably be tossed myself one day. Sad isn't it?

The prices are much less than Hunter and the prefilters look and feel identical to the Hunter ones. Just different packaging.

I was very pleased with Filters America. They are definitely the cheapest on the web, and trying to find these filters in stores is impossible. Also, I have never seen a generic filter for of my hunter purifiers. Filters America had one and I got that to save money. It works great! A problem I had in the past when I purchased the purifiers was I couldn't find anyone but Hunter to purchase the pre-filters from, but Filters America has them. Thank you Filters America for the great service you provide!! I can breathe again with my air purifiers working at their best!!
