Faucet Depot

Faucet Depot overcharged me over $500 on my credit card!  After some time on the phone, being shuffled around and repeatedly put on hold, it appears that the charge will be corrected (obviously, but it shouldn't have happened in the first place). 

Also, one of the items was clearly a return. 

They did have relatively good prices for their items, but please double-check you credit card bill!

One of the porcelain handles arrived cracked, but I believe it was the falt of the manufacturer. I called Moen and they are sending me a replacement.

After receiving four separate shipments over a six week period I finally received the four items as originally ordered. Although telephone conversations were polite and reassuring, numerous returns, back orders and shipping errors resulted in the unnecessary delays that I experienced.

Next time, I'll buy from a local supplier.

I just purchased 2 Takagi tankless water heaters from them TK3-OS and TK-Jr). The lowest prices I could find on the web...even my plumber was pleasantly surprised to the point where he asked me to order a Junior (TK-jr) for him. I had to call to check   Read full review...

Product that I ordered came in with a missing piece. I was told to contact manufacturer directly in order to get the piece I needed because they did not stock the item that was missing. This was really inconvenient.

Everything was good, my only problem was when I ordered the shower fixtures, I didnt realize that it was the trim kit only and that I had to order the mixit valve separately.

Ordered a Moen Faucet from them. I placed my order on a Monday and the faucet arrived in perfect condition on Thursday. Couldn't ask for quicker service! Local stores had the same Moen Faucet priced from eighty dollars to one hundred fifty dollars more including the shipping charges. We have not yet installed the faucet as we are doing a kitchen remodel and are not yet to that step but based upon the parts list that came with the faucet we received all the parts. Will update this review if we experience any problems when the faucet is installed later this month.

Product did not come complete, had to order $50 more in merchandise to install, which at all other stores comes in one complete package,,installation was nightmare, does not sit right,,bought same product 10 years ago and loved it so came back to buy same thing and it is not the same..will go to local store since would be easier to return, than the delay in shipping to replace with something else. Disappointing....never again.

Not satisfied. Placed order for sink and faucet, was told
both were in stock. Faucet arrived two weeks later.
Called after 3 weeks about sink. Was told that they
had no sinks (all were damaged). Could not locate one.
I was not notified about this. Cancelled the
remainder of my order. Would not do business again
or recommend them. (this was in July 2007).

On the other hand, they were courteous and answered the phone when I called, which is more than I can say for many online merchants.
