I ordered the dvd on 12-14 and still have not received it as of 12-27. I am very disappointed the dvd did not make it here in time for Christmas. I ship items all the time from Michigan to California and they arrive within 5 business days. I would think Family Video would make every effort to have packages arrive in ample time, even around the holidays. It as now been over 10 days and I still do not have the dvd set.

The only problem I had was on my package label, there was one number left off which held the package at UPS locally. I drove to the site and picked it up rather than waiting for UPS to track down my missing number on my address.

Ordered Lethal Weapon-1x4 which was the steal of the day on November 26 and haven't received it yet. Ordered in plenty of time for Christmas! Called about it and received an email on 12/17/09 which states the order will be reshipped immediately and I should receive it in 3-5 days. So we will see.

I have ordered numerous times from Family Video but probably will not order again unless my last order can be straightend out. I ordered a video on 12/8, today is 12/18 and I have not received it. I have asked to have the order tracked but was told they would not track it. I know I have to wait 8-10 business days. I will wait that amount of time and if I do not receive I will contact my credit card company and refute the charge, Hopefully the video comes. It was supposed to be for x-mas but I am thinking it got lost somewhere. I am not a happy customer at this time

Shopping was easy, but it took 9 days to receive my order and there was never any way to track it. I received an email stating when it shipped but no expected delivery date given. Still will shop there again, both online and in-store.

I ordered videos from Amazon.com within a couple of days of my order from this site (Dec 6th). I got the order from Amazon.com in 3-4 days and all I've gotten so far from Family Video is an email saying that our purchase was shipped on the 8th. It particularly is worrisome since this is the first time I've used the site. I've tried to figure out the tracking part of the site and have also tried to use the number at the UPS site but have had no luck. Very frustrating-Cindy Osborne

The game I ordered was shipped on 11/28/2009 based on the email from Family Video. The email says to take 5 to 10 business days. The game was received on 12/12/2009. I am surprised it took so long. It was much faster (less than 5 days) the last time I ordered this same game. In addition, there was no tracking number provided so I have no idea where the item is during shipping. Although the game arrived slow this time, I am very satisfied with my overall experience with Family Video because they have provided me excellent customer support the last time I ordered the Wii game.

I ordered the game on Black Friday,being sure I would have it in time for Christmas. 10 days later I got an email stating that the item was out of stock and they would not get stock in time for Christmas giving. I am in the process of canceling the order. They closed today, Saturday at 2p.m. and I didn't call until after that, so I needed to leave a message. Hopefully there won't be a problem canceling it and getting a credit if they have already billed my credit card. They did not have the Red Green DVD set I was looking for which was disappointing.
