everything went well, recived the product as ordered and also recived answers to emails. From that standpoint, it went well.
one issue is with the tracking which was important for me because of my job. it was shipped to ups, but then sent my us postal service in some kind of agreement. impossible to track and impossible to know when it was coming. it took a while to "ship" and then I had no way to know when it was coming or arrival date. Whatever this system is, it is terrible. stick with ups.

I was shocked by the price and was concerned that I would not be getting what I ordered also I selected the 5-7 day shipping option and received my merchandise in 3 days from the time I placed my order. I was pleasantly surprised to have my order that quickly and exactly what I ordered. I will be ordering from them in the future and also will recommend them to anyone who is wanting to buy Sunglasses.

The product I ordered was on back order. I was informed of this about a week after placing the order. I received a followup email about a week after the intial email.
I was not charged until my order was shipped.The company did ship my order by 2 day instead of ground after the product was available.
Although I was not informed of the back order status until after my order was placed, they did a good job of keeping me informed and gave me the option of cancelling or waiting for the product.I will purchase from this company again.

I placed an order for sunglasses and they were repeatedly on backorder. We were going on vacation so I needed them timely. I received an email about the backorder and option to have a comparable item with free 2 day air shipping. I called to inquire about my order and alternative options. The gentleman erased my inital order, which was for a discounted price and then told me a I had to pay shipping, even though the current website offered free shipping. I questioned him and he offered retail pricing but free upgrade to 2 day air. I didn't receive the initial sale price as requested, because he erased my order. I didn't receive 2 day free air. They came ground UPS the day before we left for vacation. I was not pleased with the customer service at all. Great prices, when available, but at a cost.

After ordering online, a phone call was made to make sure both products were in stock. The rep indicated that both items were in stock and they should ship 2-3 days. After couple of days and no confirmation of shipment, a phone call was made and found that both were backordered. A change was made to something in stock and was charged extra for the one pair. The other pair was canceled. Second time shopping here and the last.

They have to special order the items once you order and they were able to charge my account the day they shipped the product. Returning merchandise was another matter. It took two weeks or so to get a return processed on my charge and that is not right. I had to send emails inquiring about it and they asked for two weeks time to do this. Other companies credit on the day or day after they receive merchandise back and do not require follow up emails and calls to get credits processed.

The reading glasses are better than expected with quality metal frames and adjustable nose-pads.The second order was driving/sport goggles with orange tinted lenses.They are excellent and come with a cleaning cloth which was unexpected.They really work.All items were reasonably priced.I buy based on the three "F'S"...Form,Function and Fun.These optics meet all three parameters.I'll buy again.

I had purchased a pair of COACH sunglasses from EyeSave and I did not recieve a confirmation e-mail telling me my order and tracking number until 3 months after the order was placed. The glasses cost 80.99 (retail 178.00). I noticed on my credit card statement that I was charged retail price. I did not even recieve my glasses until 6 months after order was placed... and they sent the wrong ones. I tried to return them and get my money back, and so far, I have not been able to do both because EyeSave denies their mistakes. Lucky for me, I have a pending lawsuit against them and will get my money back plus Credit Laundering charges (that will award me another $1,500). The company will also go under investigation by the Government for other Credit Laundering and Fraud charges. They messed with wrong person. So I recommend that no one purchase from EyeSave unless you want to sue them and get more money back than what you paid.

They had speedy shipping,too bad they sent the wrong pair of sunglasses!.I have nothing but disdain for these folks.According to UPS,they recived the glasses back on 11/8/2008,it's now the 21st and I'm still getting the runaround.I wouldn't reccomend these people to anyone.Next time I'll go to sunglass hut and get overcharged but at least it will be hassle feee.

Trying to intercept a fraudulent package was a nightmare. The call center has no direct contact in being able to intercept only a "call to the warehouse" for processing. In a two day shipping method the order could still be received. They need to give call center more power to deal with these issues in a crisis.

Eyesave is great. I have a problem with UPS. Why would they offer Next Day Air on a Friday if it does not come with the Saturday delivery fee already included. Otherwise, we could just purchase Second Day Air. I purchased glasses and expected them to be delivered on the next day since I asked for Next Day Air. They were not delivered the next day (Saturday)since I did not pay for Saturday Delivery. What is up with that?

The quality of the glasses is far superior to what I have been buying locally. I bought two 3-packs of reading glasses at a discount store for around $20. It was a good price, but the glasses did not hold up for very long. These seem much sturdier, and the cost was only slightly higher, but the shipping doubled the cost at $7.50. Reducing the shipping cost is the only suggestion for improvement I would make.

Purchased a pair of sunglasses from Eyesave.com. They came in OK time, but didn't fit me. I did check their return policy, which allowed for returns, I thought I was OK there, WRONG! After receiving authorization to send it back and a tracking number (shipping at my expense, which is fair), the glasses have been delivered back to the Eyesave on 5/12/08, but after 10 days, no credit to my account. Attempted to contact them 4 (!) times both by phone and by email, no response, period. They just DON'T RESPOND. After another 5 days, I have filed a dispute with my credit card. Judge for your self if you want to shop there.

Your picture as advertised showeed a grey perception frame for $24.95, but even after I called your customer service to confirm that I would be recieving such product, I was sent a brown flip-up part for the frame. Either your ad is misleading or a mistake was made. If the latter is the case, I'd still like to purchase the entire grey frame with flip-up (perception) for the stated price.
