If you think you might have to return something your ordered from Entirely Pets, I recommend you take your business elsewhere.
First, there is not a spit of info on their site about returns. When I asked about it over the phone, I received a lame excuse.
Second, to get info on the return policy, I had to email *twice*.
Third, when I made an authorized return sent by USPS, I was told it was never received. I was also told by three different reps that the company receives their mail once a week. (What kind of a business gets mail only once a week?!) Since the package didn't have tracking info, their attitude was "too bad."
Fourth, no effort was made to work with their mail service to locate the returned package.
I am extremely disappointed by this company's attitude and lack of integrity.
I will not do business with Entirely Pets.com again even though their prices are good and they ship fast. I'm sorry I didn't check out this site before I ordered. Entirely Pets had a hard-to-find item at an excellent price.
P.S. As a small business owner who has has sent hundreds of packages via USPS for more than 7 years, I have never had a package lost, whether there was tracking info on it or not.
