When we set up the Ez-up a part broke and we called the company.And they order a replacement part and it should get here this week,before we need to use it agian. Product arrived before I could track it. Product was what they said it was and it was about 25% less than any other merchant had. Seems to be a good product, tho I haven't set it up yet as a blizzard blew in the day after I recieved it. Several days later, they said it would be backordered until after 1/05, and I needed this item for Christmas. I eventually cancelled the order when I found it for $30 cheaper at Costco.
