First of all, the order process is very slow. I have placed my order more than ten days, it has not been proceeded yet. Secondly, the custom service is poor. Since I ordered a wrong item, I tried to contact the merchant. But never get replied.

Absolutely phenomenal! I won't be shopping anywhere else. Not only are their prices very good, but they have live chat that answered my questions and the number one reason I will shop there is b/c of their Product Reviews and Ratings - without this it is way too hard to find out what is worth my $. This was my first order with them, and I did A LOT of shopping around before my purchase....next time I won't be looking around, I'll be back at Eden (which has actually already occured - I ordered something else today!).

Had a problem with the merchandise. Customer sevice was notified, supplied return label and sent product back for an exchange for a same product. Service so far has been very good with quick responses. As of this point, awaiting EdenFantasy to send replacement product. Expect in about two weeks.

still have not received one item in my 3 item order - no explanation of when it might arrive or if it ever will - of the two items i received: one item was as described, and I am satisfied with the item, the other item seemed like it had either been sitting on the shelf a long time or possibly had been used(!) as it did not seem brand new, even though it was in packaging. This is my second experience with the company, first experience was good, second was not.

I have made four purchases at EdenFantasys and the service and accuracy have always been excellent. Products are very thoroughly described (both as far as general introductions and physical characteristics and measurements) so the purchaser knows exactly what he/she is getting.
