The order for the Acer Aspire 7104 was easy to place, easy to track and the package arrived on time and in good condition. I didn't expect anything less. I am thrilled with this motebook. The 17" screen is just superb. I will keep eCom Electronics in mind for shopping in the future. Outstanding experience! I placed my order on a Friday at 3:15 PM. I didn't expect them to ship my order till Monday. At 4:36 PM on the Friday I placed the order I got an email saying that they had shipped my order and here was the UPS tracking number. I believe that packing and shipping an order in 1:21 minutes on a Friday evening is outstanding customer service.

One of the best. Got nothing but great service from customer service after I was sent the wrong item, and no one could figure out what had happened. They shipped the correct item the second time around and credited back the first item sent even going against their own policy. The best part was that after all the confusion, we figured that it was actually my mistake and not theirs and they were still very gracious. Great guys!

I recently purchased the Acer Aspire 3613 Notebook from eComElectronics after gathering information from lots of web sites. I was very pleased with customer service. I spoke with Josh, he was very helpful and knowledgeable about the Notebook and it's accessories!! I also ordered a USB 1GB San Disk along with an additional batterry. I placed the order on Wednesday and the package was delivered on Friday as I had requested.

This store was a great example of what customer service really means. I called on Thursday afternoon for an IBM Laptop I wanted to get as a Birthday gift for my Son. Told the guy I was concerned about getting it in time for his Big day. The guy said don't worry, I'll personally see that it makes it on the truck tonight. Tracking ticket showed it on the truck less than an hour after my phone call. Arrived at my door just in time and in great shape. Laptop was in original box. No problems.
