E-Loan

E-loan is a total joke! I went online filled out an application. Everything looked good! I rec'd a package from them in the mail. Signed everything, and sent it back to them. I hadnt heard from them so I called. I was told that i should hear something soon. Well.... soon never came. Neither did my refinance with them. Thanks to someone there.. my rate adjusted and I had to pay for a rate increase that I never should have had to pay for. But its okay now. I refinanced using my broker I bought my other house with. After comparing the list of fees that E-loan was going to charge me and what my broker was charging me, I almost cried. Not only was I being charged a higher rate and $1500 more in fees by using E-loan, but I also found out that they were trying to put me into a loan that would make me have to pay off my entire balance in 15 years. I didnt sign on for that. I should have just went to my broker that I used before. They say the grass is always greener on the other side. Well.... E-loan must be smokin that grass on the other side. Becuase they are a joke!!!
