Have done business with them for a couple of years now but my last experience was not a good one.  I ordered a shirt and after a week with no shipping notification, I sent them an e-mail inquiry.  I never received a response so I called them.  First, I was told the order was delayed.  I told them I understood but they could have at least notified me.  I asked to cancel the order, then was told that yes, it had shipped and I would receive in a few days.  The rep even said she followed the tracking via UPS.  The same day, I received an e-mail stating that my order had NOT shipped but would be sent out in a few days and I would receive in 4-5 days after ship date.  I sent another e-mail to cancel the order.  Not once did anyone in their company give an explanation or apology for the mixup.  I'm done with them.  Liked some of their products but not worth the hassle.

Tried to order a NEW product, but they were already out of all but 1XL and 2XL. The item was a sweater and had only been available for 3 weeks, they are still promoting it as NEW even though there is little left. Not a very professional way of doing things.

It's hard to find work clothes for women in the trades so I was delighted to find these guys and even more delighted that they are in my home state. I've ordered from them several times and each time it has been a mixed experience. The shipping; one time really fast, another time very slow. Quality; a few pieces like the Windwhipper soft shell and Long Tail t-shirts are absolutely excellent while other items like tank tops are flimsy and in the most washed out colors. Their work jeans for women, it says sits at waist but the darn thing was up to my ribs. I wish they would get with the time and offer some non "mom-jeans" pants that fit a little lower.
Everything is made in China and that's why it's cheap so you are getting what you pay for.
Their website makes me want to pull my hair out! Dysfunctional, Log in problems, the wish list doesn't work at all. One nice thing though is that an actual real human answers their phones. After several purchases I am hesitant to buy new items I have not tired because I've had to return things too many times.

I recently ordered three items, two of which I returned. Everything is imported from China. Items seemed nice enough, but I'll have to see about longevity. I can get similar items at the local military surplus or REI, and save on shipping costs. I think I was really drawn in by the fancy hand-drawn catalog...items are much more attractive than if they just had photos.

Fast delivery, great selection. I have ordered at least 15 times from them and never had one problem. Even had to return a jacket, I had grown a little in the waist and had not read the sizing like I should had. Overall I have been truly happy with them

I have nothing but good things to say about this company.
Top quality products and all arrived on time as ordered. We have bought several items (jackets, raincoats, bucket tool carriers, even the crack spackle as a joke for a plumber friend) and have been satisfied with all. If you look for the sales you can really get good deals if they have your size.
