I purchased several plush dog toys as a birthday gift for another family member's dog. The toys were very good quality and the mail time was quick. I was pleased with the experience and will shop with this merchant again.

This Merchant reserves the right to selerct the color of the toy (not cheap!) ordered. Twice in a row I got twice as many toys of the wrong color than the desired color. I will look elsewhere for the toy in the color my dog likes. At these prices, I would like to get the toy I want, not the toy the Merchant needs to sell. Ms. W @ EBB, SDiT

One of the items(fatcat quack duck),she tore up in a matter of mitutes) and she loved it to,so i was hesitent to give her the others i bought for her.(similer toys.)The very 1st thing i bought her was the bottle cruncher,and she still has that one,although she has started to chew the velcro off now, it has lasted a good month! WE love the fatcat toys,but they just don't seem to stand up to her chewing.She is a 2 yr. old puggle. She's not really interested in rubber toys, i bought one of those mega bones, and she don't care for that.She's a dog that goes crazy for the squeaky noise toys.I will still hopefully,try to find a toy that will hold up,at least for a period of time. Any suggestions for me?Thank you.

Site is easy to use  - which can be misleading.  The company does not respond to emails sent to customer service.  I have sent three emails and just an acknowlegement would have been nice.  
I have a special needs dog and will do anything for her - but it seems that Dog Toys.com does not care .... sad to say.

I love these toys of my dogs as they can be rough sometimes. These flopability toys are made of sturdy material and stitching to put up with the wildest head-shaking my youngest dog produces. They are fun to look at and you can tell the dogs really enjoy playing with them. Shopping at DogToys.com was easy and had a huge variety of supplies to choose from. I will definitely shop there again.
