I ordered the product on Thursday night. Received confirmation that the order was shipped late Monday morning. Have not received product yet so cannot give my opinion. I believed that it would have been shipped as late as Friday evening. This expierence has been disappointing so far but I am looking forward to try the product because it is something that I really wanted.

I don't know if I would purchase from them in the future. The chair we ordered was described as "Like New" condition. However, the chair we received was not only dirty but had several damaged areas. Possibly, some of this was due to poor packaging. The damage was minor and low enough in visibility that we decided to clean it up and keep it. It is structurally fine. Although the price was reduced from retail, I might have been happier paying full price knowing that the unit was undamaged.

The $100 shipping charge seems high. I can't complete the merchant rating because the shipment hasn't arrived. I put "fair' just because your system wanted an answer. I put "no" for the shipment condition because the item has not been received yet. Why don't you all refing this questionaire process so it coinsides with the delivery of the order?

The shipping carton that Fed Ex delivered was badly damage but the chair was not damage due to its protective covering.

used chair was advertised as "mint, like new condition." Chair had torn arm, was missing wheel, and was filthy. Took 20 minutes to clean it before I could sit down. Also, looks like leather upholstery was added aftermarket.
