DermaDoctor's ordering process is one of the best in the business (look out Amazon!). The items arrive extremely fast, in great condition, and with free samples. It's easier shopping with DermaDoctor than getting in my car and going to the Mall to get the same items. I ordered enough so that shipping was free. I even had a small discount on my order from accumulated "loyalty dollars". Plus, I save on sales tax. What's not to like?

I order from DermaDoctor regularly (approx. once a month) and I always get exactly what I ordered in a timely manner. I order the same product each time, so that makes my experience easier, but I do find the website user-friendly when I do have to search for an additional product.

I am a Retin A user and called a DermaDoctor rep to see how this product compares. She was VERY helpful, knowledgeable about both Retin A and retinol products, and gave me tips on application. I probably would not have bought the product if it weren't for her advice. So far, I am very happy with the product. It has a similar effect as Retin A for about 1/2 the price.

When I had to cancel a backorder by email after 10 p.m., a customer representative replied by email within minutes. The quickness relieved me because the backorder was expected to be filled in the morning. The representative thanked me. I wrote that I had purchased the products of the backorder in the interim and that I would return to the website to purchase products that I needed.
