Cooking.com

I've found that cooking.com is a great online store to shop from. I purchased a $100 coffemaker and a whisk. Everything arrived in a timely manner and was packed nicely.

I have been shopping through Cooking.com for several years now and am really happy with them.
I would give them an A+ in price, ease of use of the web site, and delivery speed. They have yet to mess up an order.
I have ordered items for myself and ordered items sent as gifts. In all cases, the orders were handled in a timely manner (including the xmas shopping season).

Extremely easy. I later e-mailed to insure my prouct would arrive as it was a last minute gift. They respoded immediately and guaranteed it would arrive for the party. It did.

Their products are top of the line. I placed an order on June 5, 2004 and choose their "Free Shipping" option. I received an e-mail notice on June 7, 2004 that the shipment had been processed and passed on to USPS and they gave me the USPS tracking number. I received the product on June 16, within the window they stated.I will review the product later.

Really impressed with service. I bought a stand mixer from these people. It was in stock and shipped (free shipping). It was on my front door step in just over a week.

I bought a fabulous set of Calphalon Commercial Hard-Anodized cookware and a marble pastry board from Cooking.com. I initially stumbled onto the store because it was one of the very few results I turned up while searching for a marble slab. They've had other specific and obscure items I've looked for as well. The website is easy as pie to navigate. I opted for the free Super Saver shipping and the speed surprised me! Cooking.com stepped right up when I had an issue with the lid of my stockpot not fitting right. They emailed me a postage-paid label with which I was to return the defective lid. They sent me a new lid before I even got it sent! Cooking.com gets a five star rating from me!
