The service of CompUSA is terrible when it comes to refund policy

This review is not about the product purchased from CompUSA but about the customer service form CompUSA. I recently purchased a wireless router from CompUSA. At the time of the purchase, I got an assurance for the network salesman, that if the prodect does not work as the specification claimed, it would be considered defective, and I would get my full refund.
After I tested it out in my home, I found the router keeps crashing and I have to reboot every 10 minutes. I returned the product to CompUsa and asked or a full refund, the manager of the store refused and claimed that the salesman did not have authority to make the promise. He offered me 3 choices, replacement of the same product , which I deemed to be inferior product and did not want it, another brand of product, which is not on sale as the product I bought at the time. or accept a 15% "restocking charge".

The is the worse business practice I have ever met. It is bordering on ripping customers off. I will never buy any product form CompUSA ever !! !

So beware if you buy anything from CompUSA.
