My purchase says it was shipped on 11-22-04. It is now 12-16-04 and stil lno sign of it. I have talked to Customer service both through email and on the phone. They have been no help at all. This was suppose to be a Christmas present for my Mother-In-LAw but that don't look like it is going to happen this year!!

I ordered a christmas ornament in November, it shipped on November 23rd. As of December 15th, I haven't recieved it. They have no tracking information and they say that I have to wait until December 23rd before they do anything. Otherwise I can repurchase my item and when the original item comes in return for a refund. 30 days is too long to wait just to see if the item comes in. I am completely dissatisfied with my experience with collectibles today.

I couldn't check the status of the shipment becase it kept asking me for a number that I didn't get in my e-mail. Nor was it the confirnation number.
Also, I asked to pay the doll off in installments but was sent a bill for the total amount.

The shopping experience was good. They had a lot of variety to choose from. The order says that you will receive your item in 7-10 days from when you order it and they didn't even ship my item until 11 days later. I was unable to track my order, because it wasn't shipped on time. When I tried to call I got a recording saying that I had to leave a message and they would call me back. I don't feel that is good customer service. I would have preferred to be put on hold for a couple of minutes instead of leaving a message. I work 2 jobs and don't have time to wait around for someone to call me back. I might order from this company again, but if I receive the same service it would be the last time that I ordered from them and I would also tell others of my shopping experience.

The only problem I have is the fact that you don't know how long it is going to take for the item to be shipped so everytime I order something I have to use the express shipping. If I can receive the item within a couple of weeks then why am I told that I must allow 6 weeks and need to use the express shipping.

I went on-line after spotting the Thomas Kincaid Plate in a store on a trip to Memphis. Collectibles Today has an easy search engine and I was able to find what I wanted right away. I ordered and within a few days I had the plate. This plate will be a Christmas gift for my Mother and I am sure she will absolutely love it.

ordered a rosary case, which I thought was from the Bradford Exchange, and I received the case that was of poor quality. It had little legs on it that were uneven and therefore rocked back and forth. Returned it and so far have not heard from the company about the return.

I do wish that as the order is placed I was made aware of availability to subscriptions and shipping date. I was very pleased with my purchases, I purchased 3 items in the past month and everyone was helpful and quick to respond, the only glitch was I had cancelled a daughter necklece dur to it wouldn't arrive for chrictmas and I changed it to another item which I received and it was supposed to be on the payment plan but I was charged all at once, not a big deal but I was surprised when I received my item yesterday. Overall the service was excellent online and customer resonse and support was very good.
