I purchased a collectible for my mother on Nov. 25 for Christmas. The item was promised to ship in 3-5 days. When I did not receive the item after 18 days, I emailed them twice with no response. Then I received a letter requesting payment. I called and was told that my credit card did not process because I had entered the wrong expiration date. If they had automatic card processing, I would have known instantly that I had keyed the wrong number in. Every other site I use does this. That was my fault, however, I was not pleased that it took almost three weeks to find out.
I gave the customer service rep my correct card info and was told that the product was guaranteed for Christmas. Three days later I received an shipping confirmation that the product had shipped and that it would arrive in 2-3 weeks...WAY after Christmas. I emailed them a nasty email to which they responded that it was a self-service website and it was my responsibility to enter the correct info. Also, they don't do outbound calling.
Lastly, I received the product and it it was fake stained glass! Atrocious looking!
Overall, very poor customer service!
