Unfortunately, I received two of the same item (I did not order two of the same item). Now, it is my responsibility to return one of them to Catherine's at my expense. This does not please me. I answered 'yes' to question 7; however, I will have serious considerations before I order again.

I was not told that the pants I ordered were on back order I paid for express shiping and got some of the tops on time with a line explaing that the rest of my order was on back order 2 weeks later now and no follow up I called and was put on hold way to long so I hung up . this is my first bad experience w/ cathrines and I have ordered many times . I would also like to add that I am upset about the change of quality on the tops I ordered. The one's I bought before were made so much better they were Maggie Barens and cm shapes black slinky tanks the ones I got in this order are sub-standard the fabric is rough and thiner than the others I wish Cathrines would keep the Standard of the quality that the line of maggie barnes keeps I dont mind paying more for it but I hate not having the choice of the better brand . thank you .

The only problem I had is that when I placed the order on-line, I had difficulty with the website. I tried to order both items at one time...to save on shipping...but the shopping cart wouldn't show both items. So, I finally had to order one item...then come back to the website to order the 2nd, just minutes apart. Then I e-mailed customer service (immediately) to see if the 2 items could be combined in one shipment. I got an answer a FEW DAYS LATER saying it was too late to do so...so I had to pay both shipping fees. It didn't seem to be my problem, and I was not happy about having to pay both shipping charges.

I would like to see a Catherine's store in Lufkin Texas, population 39,000. We have no place to shop for plus size clothes except for Cato and their quality and sizes are not to my liking. Yes there was a Lane Bryant here before, but it was in the mall, it would have done better outside of the mall. Please consider placing a store here in Lufkin, TX the closest Catherine's is in Tyler, Conroe, Beaumont and they are all over a 100 miles away.

The web site was not user friendly. Some of the items I tried to purchase were either out of stock, had to be backordered, or were not available in my size. However, when I went to the store, I was able to get everything I wanted, making the use of the web-site totally unnecessary. Of course the reason I use the web-site is for convenience. So if the products I want are not available for whatever reason, but ARE available in the store, there is no reason to waste time looking on the web-site.

The socks came rather quickly, but I have yet to receive any communication regarding the other items I ordered. I would NOT have just ordered socks -- I only ordered them since I was ordering the other items. So if the bras never come, I will have paid about $8 for shipping socks. This is unsatifactory and I will NOT do it again. If the item is unavailable, the web site should say so right away or email the customer as soon as it is discovered.

My shopping experience was good, however, I was diappointed with the amount of shrinkage that ocurred with the tops - they shrank (length wise) about 2 1/2 inches which has not made me happy.

I would like to see some improvements on the website - for instance when ordering a product and trying to go back to shopping instead of picking up where you left off you have to start over again. Just because I look closer at a product doesn't mean I want to review everything I've already seen. I would like to see the site become more like a catalog, where I can flip pages and look at something and continue on whether or not I've ordered the product or not.

I think the site needs to be more shopper friendly. I had a hard time finding the exact pants I needed, even though I knew the manufacturer. I do a lot of shopping on line, and I was a little frustrated at this site. But I will return!
