I first used Carsdirect 2 years ago when my parents wanted a Lincoln Town Car Cartier. At that time there was more competition. I was more comfortable with the internet probably because I'm generation X ;). But, we ordered their car with at least $3,000 below invoice with everything they wanted, color and options and they delivered it to their doorstep did the paper work on their dining room table with excellent customer service. Now, we just ordered our company Truck, a new Dodge Ram 1500 SLT (Beautiful truck). Things have changed since the first time we ordered but, Carsdirect is still the way to go. This time you order your car and they try and find a match from participating dealerships around your area or further. Also, instead of dropping the car off at your doorstep you have to go to a participating dealership near you to pick it up. Everything ran smoothly again and what I love is the take it or leave it unbeatable price. And, you don't waste an entire day haggling, fighting over unnecessary add ons and dealership fees. I recommended to friends who have bought from Carsdirect with the same experience. I truly believe this is the only way buy a vehicle. Do your shopping at the dealerships(test drive etc..) and buy over the internet and don't get ripped off. Good luck!
