The pictures online look much better than in real life. The top I ordered first came too big, even though I ordered off the provided size chart. Then the second shirt did not look flared and short waisted on the picture. I will never order again.  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:

Feel that the merchant is trustworthy and, for designer lines in these days of ripoffs, that means a lot. On the other hand, I can do better at Saks and Neiman outlet stores for the vast majority of offerings. I also am not fond of one day discounts when, in fact, an individual may have purchased the item the day before. I'll trade the exquisite packaging for consistnetly (not one day) better prices.  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:

The purchase experience was good, the shipping is awful. The shipping, for being so expensive, takes too long to arrive. Puerto Rico is a territory of the USA that use the same shipping services but the shipping information page force you to select the shipping as an international one, so it is much more expensive without any reason. 'My order was shipped on Monday and today is Friday and I haven't received it yet.  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:

Additionally I phoned customer service regarding returning an item and the young woman was very helpful and even made the effort to give me some additional items I might like in place of what I was returning.
