Product and price are fine, shipping on the other hand... stuffing 4 business card size decals in an envelope and dropping in the mail for a charge of $7.95 is outrageous.

I expected at least a couple days for shipping and we had the Pro Rack the next day. We originally were ordering the Back Rack but were contacted by customer service to see if we wanted the Pro Rack instead since it could ship the same day. Very, Very impressed with the service we received. Will use you guys again if we need anything further for the truck.
