Back In The Saddle

I would never do business with this company again. First time out, they told me an item was in stock but item was listed as out of stock. I ordered and a nonth later have not heard a word. I called back and they said they got the item in more than a week ago but was going through "quality control." What the frig is that? That takes a week? I cancelled the order.

When you call, you are left on hold for a long time and the phone clerks aren't necessarily "rude" but they definitely have a "I really don't give a crap about your problems" attitude.

I will Never order from then again. I order hundreds of dollars of stuff online monthly and have never run into a company managed this poorly.

Was able to find an item I couldn't find at a store at a very reasonable price.

I ordered through a middle man...Catalog City and that might be the reason I'm experiencing problems. Although I did email Back in the Saddle directly and never heard from them. I'm still waiting on one item.

My bedspread is back ordered but that is understandable as I ordered late in the Christmas system. I love the selections.
