I ordered a Maclaren Stroller and not only did i get the best deal, compared to other well known Merchants, but the stroller also came with a rain protector plastic which alone can cost up to $30.00 and is almost never included......

I ordered a McClaren stroller on 1/19/04. It arrived in a timely manner and certainly was priced right, however the front wheel fell of within a month of use. Baby Deals refused to take it back for an exchange (which I thought would have been appropriate) however they did offer to reimburse me if I took it to be repaired. They were also kind enough to help me locate a dealer who could fix the stroller. I've yet to submit my expenses for reimbursement however all in all I felt there offer was a fair compromise to my problem. I'll be sure to include a follow up upon actually getting reimbursed for the repair.

I bought a Maclaren Quest on November 25, 2003 from Babydealz.
Price, Delivery speed and accuracy of the order were great.
The only inconvenient I had was Customer Service: since I live in Argentina and my credit card is from an Argentinean bank, shipping and billing address where not the same and I was worry that they have any inconvenient because of that, plus I shopped a color of Stroller but opted for a different one because they gave you the option......so I send them 3 emails to see if everything was OK; 3 days later (11/28/03) my friend who received the stroller told me it had arrived and everything was as ordered.
In conclusion, I am very pleased with my shopping experience but suffered during 3 days because of their lack of response to my emails...
