I shopped for this item for a few weeks, at local office stores and online. This was the best deal I could find. I got a Dell charger, not an aftermarket replacement, and it cost less than buying directly from Dell. Less than half of the cost actually. Aftermarket chargers were even more expensive at office supply stores.

Website did not allow proper use of paypal. Paypal link did not work correctly and did not allow me to correct shipping address. Then, when ordering direct to Co. via credit card, the website rejected my billing address even when it was correct. My issues are with the website, not the battery nor the delivery.

I was looking for batteries for my Canon SD950 IS Powershot camera. Although these batteries did not have the same Milli Amp rating as my old ones had I bought them. Mine were after market and were 1400 and these were 1150. So the batteries were not as good but I needed them quickly and I used this vendor. They delivered the items as advertized and on time. I would shop with them again. I needed batteries and they had them and I bought them. Not much contact here with them to report but they satisfied me with the sale! Robert

One interaction is not enough to rate a supplier, but I did find a very helpful person when I called and was directed to the exact item I needed. It was a satisfying process and I am glad I found this website for my needs. I picked an answer to the rating scale b/c the prog wouldn't allow me to submit until I did. but the above applies. I would try this business again if I needed another computer battery. I had a good experience but I don't know if thaqt means to choose good or excellent. I just picked one and submitted. And I didn't track the order so there ought to be a response like "didn't track". The item begins "If you tracked ..." but doesn't allow one a response to indicate that yet demands a response before it will allow the survey to be submitted,. I rate this survey company only fair.

THE MERCHANT SHOULD STATE CLEARLY WHAT THE WARRANTY PERIOD IS. I NEEDED TO E-MAIL THEM THROUGH ' CONTACT US' TAB TO FIND THAT THE WARRANTY WAS DIFFERENT THAN WHAT WAS STATED. ( 30 DAYS IS WHAT I ASSUMED- BUT IT WAS ACTUALLY ONE YEAR.)
