The free shipping brought me to their site and I'm glad that it did. Their price on perfume was reasonable and I received my order only a few days after I placed the order! The perfumes were wrapped very well so they arrived undamaged. I am very pleased with Ashford.com and will be shopping their again. Also, their site is well organized and makes it very easy to find products.

Very unpleasant packaging. Watch thrown in conatined box and purchased gift wrapping and their sense of wrapping is a shipping bag used for such dhl products, etc. If you pay $3.95 for wrapping you expect it to be enclosed in a package. Very upset and have since returned the product.

I was happy that a bag I wanted was so cheap! And shipping was free, which always helps! The bag was described as a "small" size, but it was actually bigger than I expected. I was very happy with my purchase.

I purchased the diamond heart pendant ( 1/10 ctw 14K white gold $99.00). Do not make the same mistake! Picture and description sounds lovely but actual product looks very cheap. No sparkle whatsoever, flimsy chain... Makes Wallmart jewelry look very good!
I also paid $3.95 for "gift wrap" which is actually a pouch the jewelry was placed in and is non returnable (I am returning it anyway what will I do with a cheap velvet pouch with the Ashford logo on?)

The other item I ordered (Nambe salad serving set $70.00)was beautiful but the $3.95 gift wrap looked more like a 10 cent gift wrap... and to top it off, the price tag was still attached! Will have to be rewrapped.

WORST online company ever. POOR INTEGRITY. Please don't just read my review and let it slip out of your memory. They use to sell incredible items, but it has been bought over by new management, and since, as far as I know, their handbags are replicas. I had mine authenticated at a ritzy department store. I may not disclose the department store for legal issues. I made a huge deal and they finally refunded my purchase and shipping money. HOWEVER, right after my ordeal, they suddenly changed their return policy saying you can't return the same item over again due to "difficult customers" like me. I was not being difficult. I am just disgusted at how companies like Ashford.com get away with scamming so many people. I also read a few older reviews online and at least 4 other people have had their Ashford.com handbags authenticated as REPLICA. Please please please listen to me and stop supporting their dishonesty. They are scamming your hard earned money. Just spend the extra $50, like I did and get the real thing. Their prices are not all that competitive compared to the real authorized dealer.

Horrible. Their return policy is atrocious and even if you have an unopened piece of jewelry from their overpriced selection, they will not accept it back for any reason, even for website credit, outside the 30 days. Zero flexibility. There are plenty of other places to buy gifts online; no need to visit this group of criminals.

I received the Shalimar within a weeks time, but I didn't start to use it until today. I was very excited that they were selling it at such a good price that I ordered three bottels. When I opened one of them this morning it had an odd smell to it and it's passed the 15 day period to return and I don't know what to do about it. I have been wearing this for many years and this never happened to me before. I was just wondering if this is defective?

Excellent, fast order processing. One improvement would be to share the tracking number via email so that it's easier to obtain a status, but being tech savy I was able to extract the UPS tracking number and find my package. It would be nice to be able to have a package held for pickup as an option rather than requiring delivery signature when nobody is home.
