Absolutely horrible. BEWARE: This company does not stock the majority of their prints and if the printer cannot provide the print in a timely manor you just get the run around and empty promises. Here's my experience, we ordered two matching prints framed for our office, both were marked In Stock and we were told since we were having them frame it they would ship within 2 weeks. One came in within 2 weeks which was faster than expected, however the framing job was poor with some of the backing mis-glued and coming up, and a crease in the wood frame on the front. Not a huge deal, I was still going to keep the print, I just mention it for accuracy.

The second print never arrived. I waited 3 weeks then contacted customer service they replied politely and gave me an excuse about the framing needed to be redone, and to wait a little longer so I did. 5 weeks later, called them and they said they were having an issue with getting the print from the manufacturer, I asked them if they could request the print again from the manufacturer, they said no and that they had no control over it but to just wait a little longer. I asked them for a discount and they gave me 20% off the second print which was nice. Around 7 weeks I contacted them again, this time a generic email saying to wait longer. 8 weeks later I contacted them again, and received another email to wait longer so I asked for a more detailed update and for them to again to request the print from the manufacturer. They replied and said no and that they had no control over it but to just wait a little longer. By this point I was fed up and told them I was giving them 10 more days to get the print and send it to me or I wanted a full refund. 2 more weeks go by (2 and a half months now) and still no print and so I am now in the process of trying to send back the first print and get a refund for the one I never received. All in all I figure I've wasted countless hours hours dealing with these guys and never got anywhere, and still do not have my pictures 2-1/2 months later!

Bottom line, they have a beautiful site but beware you will get no where if you have a problem, their customer service is horrible, and they mark things that are out-of-stock as in-stock which is very dishonest and deceptive!
