This company fails when it comes to customer service. Their word is not worth the breathe that pushes it out of their mouths. I placed an order and payed for measurement and installation. It took two men before they sent one that knew how to measure for the installation and they didn't send the measurements to the company after the measure for almost a month, or so I was told. The process took over 4 months to get the chair installed and was a weekly ordeal of follow ups to make sure what I was told was going to happen actually did happen. Now, almost two years later, the lift is not working, the company doesn't return calls or when you can speak with someone live, whatever they say they will do never materializes and you are left at square one all over again. I would NEVER buy from this organization again. Even though the lift seemed like a good value, before I paid for it, there is not any good customer support. Buyer beware and you might want to look at spending the extra money for a more reputable dealer. Also, if I had it to do all over again, I would go through a local medical supply service, even though it would have cost more, for the luxury and security of dealing with a live human that cares about what they sold you, would be worth it.
