The website offered a discount on purchase and free gift. At checkout, free gifts were sold out and the discount would not apply. After calling customer service, they assured me the discount would be apllied, but they did not applly it to both products that qualified. The quality of their product is fine, but their special offers leave me feeling used.

I ordered two bedding products from Ambiance Linen's Online Store, not knowing which would better match the other colors in my master bedroom. Upon receipt of the products, which were very good quality, I decided which to keep and which to return. Returns are very difficult with this company. There was no packing slip at all in the box of products received, so no return instructions there. I went to the two emails I had received from the company confirming my order and confirming shipping of the order. No order number, no customer service phone number or email address, and no product return instructions were contained in these emails. The Ambiance Linen website does not contain any of this information, either. I finally found a general phone number for the company on a "review" website, and left a voicemail message - awaiting return call. Returning a product should not be this difficult.

The down comforter was received as advertised, in good condition. I was wary as the price was so low, but the comforter looks like the picture, & the description was accurate.
