I ordered two items from this web site. I got a confirmation e-mail that day and a "your order has been shipped" e-mail the following day. Both e-mails listed everything I ordered. When I got my shipment I was very surprised to find only one item. The word "back order" was scrawled almost illegibly on the invoice. When I called the company I was dumb founded to find out that the sandals were on back order when I placed my original order! I called the company and left a message asking why I hadn't been given this information when I ordered. The "customer service" rep called back the next day and left a message for me like I was a 4 year old. She explained that I would get my shoes eventually, and what's the big deal? It is now over a month after my original order was placed and I haven't gotten anything yet. Nor have I been able to speak to a human being regarding this issue. I will never order from this company again and do not recommend it to anyone. I will stick with Footsmart.com from now on. The $5.00 I saved at this web site is not worth the lousy customer service.
