Overall experience was positive and I have to say I was a little hestitant given some of the reviews I read.  I immediately received a confirmation of order and two days later received the shipping confirmation (this was stated on website...so in line with expectations).  Just received package today one week later on shipping date as promised in shipping confirmation.  We opened and put together everything and it was all what we expected.  We ordered the Maxi Cosi carseat with the Quinny stroller.  We were wanting these two pieces really bad and looked into them quite a bit and were originally going to get these from Babies R Us.  I was browsing the internet when I saw that Albee had the stroller for $279, a great discount from the $499 we expected to pay and then the carseat was only $109 vs $169...huge savings!  I really thought it was too good to be true...and was relieved today when we received everything on time and in good order.

Good quality crib. UPS forgot to put the crib on the truck for the delivery date. My daughter in law stayed home all day awaiting the delivery. Was told it was left behind. Would have been nice to get a phone call before 7PM of the delivery date.

We ordered the Queeny Buzz stroller from Albee because my wife desperately wanted this one and there was a good deal on Albee web site and it was exactly in the color she liked. They accepted the order, charged the credit card and that's it. For the next two weeks nothing happened and the stuff was never shipped. When I called them to find out what's going on, the lady at the Customer Service replied, in a voice that left no doubt she is not willing to talk to those stupid customers at all: "Oh, you know we are out of stock..." So what? You charge the credit card and it takes you two weeks to realize you are out of stock?! Nonsense. After having another reply like "So, what do you want me to do?!" I just asked to give me my money back. These guys definitely don't want to have happy and loyal customers. Good luck...

I LOVE the bedding and at the time I could only find it on Albee Baby.com. I recently have found it on other sites that will ship next day. Albee's website said it was special order and would take 4 weeks to deliver however, when I ordered it the status said warehouse (meaning they had it in stock). After 3 weeks I emailed and asked when it would be shipped and the next day i got a tracking number. The items are just what I imagined, I just wish it would have shipped a little sooner.

I love the stroller. There was a tiny tear in the material,but not worth returning in the mail. I will sew that up myself.. The box was very beat up and torn. That may be what caused the tear. I don't know if it was from shipping or before. I was still satisfied. The cost was $75. to 100. less than the other places I checked prices on the same stroller. My daughter will have two babies 14 months apart and she just loves the stroller.

Car seat was a gift.Some lapse in time on e-mail info regarding shipping date.Once received car seat arrived sooner than expected.Recipients of the gift were happy however felt that the manufacturers installation instructions were confusing.(Recipient of the gift is highly mechanical)

This is the worst business i have ever seen. I ordered stroller online and they charged the whole amount as soon as i ordered the product. And i waited almost one week, then i called them several times. Finally reached one of the officer in customer service and she said "yes we have this product in our stock and we will send you today". Then the next day they called me and said we dont have this product. after that i tried to reach them by phone but it was impossible. i left several messages they never turned back. All this process took one week. I will never recommend this company to anyone.By the way i havent received my refund yet.

Great price on a great carseat! I was initially worried that the carseat was on sale because it had sat in a warehouse for a long time, which is something to consider when you buy a carseat since they have an experation date, but that was not the case. I was pleased with the carseat and my overall buying experience at Albee Baby!

I ordered a Britax Marathon carseat at $179 (no shipping fee) and it arrived so promptly and in such good condition.  Knowing that it is a close-out item so I thought may be I will be getting last year's model.  When it arrived (took about 8 days from day of ofder to day or arrival) yesterday, it was in such good condidtion, and the carseat was manufactured in April 2009.  Overall wonderful experience and will definitely shop there again!!

Horrible experience.  I bought a crib bedding set 6 wks ago, which I have yet to receive.  Their customer service is horrible.  I have emailed/called them numerous times with little response to where my order is.   I would not buy from this company again.

They had the items I wanted at very good prices. They are somewhat hard to reach but once I got a hold of them they were helpful.It took longer to get all of my items in stock as I ordered quite a few things but they did a good job of getting my order out as soon as it was possible for them.
