I have not received my items that was purchased on Dec. 21 2009 as of today. I thought that it would be here in two to three days. I did not receive it for the Christmas present I purchased it for. I am very disappointed in that. When I ordered the merchandise the top of the page said free shipping then I discoved after placing the order and getting my total there was a charge for shipping unless I ordered $150.00 The advertisement at the top of the page just said free shipping no certain amount to be ordered. It was not until I was ready to check out that the charge appeared. Then I was charged $17.49 for shipping. I felt with that charge that I would get it in two to three days. It is now the 27th and I still do not have my merchandise and last night the ups ground services says it will be the 29th before delivery. This makes the 3rd article asking me how I felt about my shopping. The two before sounded as if I had received my merchandise and I have not. If it gets here I will be glad to receive it but my grandson was so disappointed that it was not here for Christmas. Please let me know why I was not told how to get it here sooner. Virginia......

i had a great experience with the customer service. I had an immediate response with an error on my behalf with ordering online. The problem was that my sons have a few pellet guns from other merchants that thay've enjoyed with no problems. And those guns were much,much less money. The three guns that i ordered for x-mas all failed after a half of a day playing with them.They had pieces break off and misfunctions on another. My boys are not rough and distructful. They really take care of their guns. They don't throw tehm around around or even let anyone else use them because they appreciate the value of things because I am a single mother with a minimum of cash to spend on these kinds of things. So, I do consider these items to have been a complete waste of money.

a little trouble navigating and completing order on line, but a follow up email responded promptly and assured me that they had retrieved my order and it had been processed. It arrived exactly on schedule on the 23rd.

I received my order on time but the goggle lens are scratched from shipping.I will call today for a replacement.The goggles should have been packed better. The rifle came without a booklet but that is not airsplats fault.

The company's offerings are extensive. Ordering was relatively easy. Shipping was reasonable and surprisingly quick. We have ordered from them several times with the same experience. If there is a weakness, it is because of the vast number of offerings, the depth of information is lacking, making comparisons a little difficult. Addition of a comparison engine would improve the site. Thank you

I was planning to order an airsoft rifle for my grandson which was $109 along with a scope. The day I went in to place my order the price of the gun had increased to $152.99 so I had to look elsewhere. The scope arrived but the box was in bad condition like it had either been purchased and opened before or had been laying somewhere for a long time. Price was competitive though. Thanks

The product was not packaged correctly. This was an expensive gun, it should be packaged correctly. It is a gift, so I will not know if the product itself is damaged until after Christmas.

I've only recently started ordering from Airsplat.com. But in the few short weeks that have passed, I've ordered nearly $500.00 worth of items from them. My orders are always well packed and arrive on time! Their prices are great and customer service was outstanding the one time I needed their help with an issue.

The product ordered appears to be "excellent", however we needed the 8.4 mini battery and because it was not easily found which type battery was needed, we inadvertently ordered the 8.4 large battery and now will need to replace it. Other than that, everything else appears to be good. Unfortunately because we do not have the correct battery we do not no if the operation of the item works as well as it is described.
