They have fast delivery speed. I got my package in 4 days, but no one was home to sign for it, so i had to wait one more day but that is because of ups. Everything was packaged well, nothing wrong with the gun, everything present. I got the right stuff (Jing Gong Ak47, Jing Gong extra high capacity mag, 15000 bbs, and an Airsplat red dot site). They have great customer service, the extra mag I bought wasnt working, so i called airsplat, because my brother convinced me to, and they tried to walk me through fixing it without taking it apart and when that didnt work the customer service rep deduced it must have been a manufacturing flaw, so they are sending me a new one for free. I am completely satisfied with my experience. I got my package on time. Will/Have recommended this site to friends. I have already convinced one friend to order a one-hundred and sixty dollar gun from airsplat with an extra magazine, some bbs, and a mask. I believe they are a great company if not the greatest for airsoft equiptment. I had great experience and I am glad I chose that site to purchase my airsofting goods from. I dont know where some of these people are getting these bad things about this company from. I have purchased seven items between two orders and NOTHING has gone wrong except for the ups mishap i mentioned earlier.
