I ordered my utility fan after looking at their site whiched showed the item in stock and at a good price. How ever after being charged for the product I received a phone call approx. 3 days later saying it was on back order. Air-an-water told me it would be another 2 weeks or so. After the fourth weeked passed I received a e-mail from a service rep saying that it was still on back order but they would have and shipthe fan out in 2-3 days. Two days later I received another e-mail stating that the fan would not be off back order for another month! I asked for a refund and they returned payment to me a week later.

Searcher internet using Google for a small home standalone heater. Looked a several companies' sites and decided on the one I bought at this vendor. Used their online ordering page and received the heater a few days later. No problems were observed with the process.

Product was said to be in stock but was backordered, not shipped when promised following delay, and temporarily unacounted for when it actually shipped. Customer Service could not account for failure to inform me except to say that prior customer service representative who was my last contact was no longer employed there. I absolutely would not do business with this vendor again.

Air & Water said the swamp cooler did not need external air and an outflow from the house but the instruction booklet said it needed both. Did not like the misinformation. Product not as useful as expected as a result.
