Great prices, delivery was quicker than I expected, and overall pleased - but not without some concerns. Primarily the upsell away from free ground shipping. I don't mind trying to upsell me after the sale - that is good sales, but I was promised one type of service and given something different. I did speak to salesperson and we were able to compromise on a solution, so overall I was pleased with the transaction. I did extensive research on the range that I purchased through Abe's and the price just could not be beat. I have heard of Abes of Maine before, and know people who have purchased photographic equipment from them, but was concerned about major appliances. Everything appears to be fine, no grey goods and I have registered the appliance so I know it did not "fall off a truck". I have read some negative comments about Abes online, but I always take things with a grain of salt as it is very easy to bash your competition through poor reviews online. Not saying that people did not have issues, but I just take things with a grain of salt.  I would shop here again and I would make another major purchase.
