After placing my order, it took 3 days for them to get around to the marketing up sell call, holding up the order for those days.
After the sales pitch, they told me it would be shipped out the next day, it turned out to take an additional 3 days before shipping.
Almost 3 weeks it took for me to finally receive a partial order.
The wall mount that was ordered with the TV was not included in the shipment.
I called Abe's to inquire about the wall mount. Vince was the customer rep. Vince was apparently never trained in handling dissatisfied customers. Every question I asked regarding my order was met with excuses and defensiveness, no apologies.
When I asked to speak to a manager, he claimed he was it.
Vince said they were out of stock of the wall mounts, and just happened to get more in that day so it would be shipped out that day and the tracking number would be emailed to me.
The wall mount didn't ship until 3 days later.
I saved $10 going with Abe's rather that the site I normally shop with online. I won't go back to them again and have warned others to stay away as well.
