I ordered a $20 microSD card from them and it was supposedly delivered by UPS. UPS stated that it was left at the front door of our apartment but when I checked just hours after it was supposedly delivered, it was not there. Now, there is a chance that it was stolen by someone in my complex. There is also a chance that the UPS guy took it. Whatever the case is, I don't have my item and ANTOnline will not provide ANY customer service.
This is a perfect opportunity to provide customer service on a cheap item. I am sure that they have insurance to cover losses because items did not make it to their customers. In any case, they should have the decency to stay in contact and be responsive when a customer has a problem.
If you send them an email you will need to follow up with a phone call because they will do whatever it takes to avoid dealing with you. Buyer beware. It's a total roll of the dice with these guys.
I'm sure that most of the time their orders get delivered and they have happy customers. However, online shopping is so competitive these days that you need to provide not only decent customer service, but better customer service to have shoppers choose your online store with confidence.
I've seen similar reviews of this store that basically support my experience.
I spoke to a customer service rep over a week and a half ago and requested that a replacement be sent out. I was told that a request will be made and I should hear back from them within 2 days. I waited a week and did not hear from anyone. I sent them an email requesting an update and I have not received any response. I waited a couple more days and sent another email requesting an update and again no response.
If you order from them, cross your fingers that nothing is wrong with your item and that it will get delivered to you.
